He loved them and will use them.I bought these for a friend. He threw away all his wooden utensils and uses these exclusively.Design. KitchenI gave this to my man friend for Christmas to go along with a guitar shaped cutting board. Very sturdy, easy to clean- they’ll hold up as long as you keep them out of the dishwasher, like any other wooden utensils. Very cool for any musician or music lover!I bought this as a gift, and it was PERFECT! The dimensions were a little smaller than I'm typically used to, so I wouldn't give it to a chef-level friend. It worked perfect for a college-age kid who's obsessed with guitars and cooking mac & cheese :)While cooking at my mothers house with my sweet one year old, I let her play with one. My mom has these and loves them. I wasn’t sure where she got them. I naively turned my back on her while she was playing with it so I could focus on the oven. When I turned around, it turns out my daughter put the one she was playing with into my dogs crate. My dog obviously couldn’t refuse such a treat and DESTROYED it.I love my mother and I don’t have the heart to tell her that my baby girl and my dog destroyed her cooking utensil. So I bought these and it arrived so fast!! I have put the missing one back into the kitchen and my mom has yet to notice it missing. If she does notice it’ll because the lines are dark on this one and the others are heavily faded lol. I’ll just keep the other 3 around just in case my dog and daughter decide to ruin another. ?Definitely not food safe. There's a varnish on them that stinks and glue was oozing out of the joints of wood. Once they're washed with boiling water the odor dissipates. They might be ok to use for cold or dry food but i wouldn't trust them for anything liquid or hot. They look nice but that's about it.Bought it as a gift for my father and was very surprised by the quality of it! They are very thick and they look beautiful. My father was very happy!Bought as a Christmas gift and he loved it! A bit pricy for what it is.Love th guitar shape. I am giving a set to my guitar playing brother. Im sure he will enjoy it.These are really cute. We checked them out and seem of good quality. They are intended to be a gift so that will be the real test :-)
