Jumbo Letter Balloons are self-sealing with helium or air. To keep Jumbo Number Balloons properly inflated, avoid exposure to extreme temperatures. In cold air, your balloon could appear deflated and when warmed, it will fill out again. Do not release outdoors and dispose of properly.
