Whip n Ice is an easy to use, extremely versatile whip-up icing and filling!
Perfect to pipe on cupcakes, layer in naked cakes, fill your desserts and more! Its stiff peak consistency allows you to pipe designs such a rosettes without losing shape. Whip n Ice is stored in the freezer but will remain a liquid.
To use, simply whip in your mixer on medium speed until desired consistency. To add colour or flavours simply mix through.
